Rosemary’s Story: 15 min for a diagnosis?

The first time I saw a psychiatrist it was virtual and I just wanted to learn about my options for anxiety meds.

The psychiatrist asked me a lot of questions that they have to but never asked me what I actually wanted to know or gave me space to explain my situation.

He ended up trying to prescribe me something after only like 15 minutes of talking.
I went to a different psychiatrist.

It need to become more acceptable and destigmitized to bring your emotions when dealing with your own health.
